Figaro's New Selections

I've always known Figaro for its great Brewed Coffee, the no-frills cup that never fails to spike me up. I've also loved their selection of cakes and other pastries that accompany that smooth, coffee blend.

Classic Brewed Coffee

Only recently, though, Figaro launched their newest line of food choices, which offers a full dining experience to its clientele.

They have 3 new dishes: Dory Provencal, Sweet Coffee Porkchop, and Tuscan Chicken. All three are served with Green Salad, Pasta of your choice, as well as Iced Tea or Iced Coffee. Not a bad deal at P199 per dish! :)



Choice of pasta (on the side) would be the following: Arrabiata, Al Tonno, Carbonara, Classic Chorizo, and Pesto. I suggest that you choose your pasta wisely. The rich taste of the Provencal sauce in the Tuscan Chicken and Dory dishes indicates that a lighter pasta will complete the ensemble quite well. The Carbonara pasta would be a good complement to both dishes :)

I am not a huge fan of Pork (sorry), and as such, I wasn't really looking forward that much to the chops. However, the Coffee Porkchop was an adventurous dish, using their own coffee as the dish sauce. Certainly a different blend to the regular porkchops offered elsewhere.
