Lovin' Chelsea

I know, I know, Chelsea has been up and about at Serendra for a long while now. Too bad it's only now that I get to write about the restaurant.

Chelsea food is great! And this includes prices, mind you. Chelsea provides money-worth selections to cater to a very diverse palate. We just ordered Pizza and Pasta, and I still wanted a slice of their NY Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cheesecake but we were already full to the brim! Definitely value for money. But more than just being full, you're sure to enjoy their delectable dishes.

We ordered the Seafood Tomato Linguini, which was definitely delectable! It somehow reminds me of Cyma's Garides Pasta (tomato-based, with huge prawns); but what I liked about Chelsea's dish is that the the flavors were just right, the tomato flavor was not too overpowering and the seafood mix was highly acceptable, with salmon, prawn, squid, and mussels. Clearly a great choice for us :)

For Pizza, we had the Duck Confit and the Prawn Pizza. What I like about Chelsea pizza is that you can select 2 flavors in one order, giving you more tasty options in one sitting. Comparing the two, though, I prefer the Prawn and Prosciutto flavors, the Duck was too salty for my taste but certainly a welcome change to the usual pizza flavors.

What I think can be improved though, would be their tables.. They seem to be too small to cater to their huge plates! If you have a table for 2 and you order a 10" pizza and soup, you're probably already pretty cramped. Nevertheless, this is probably a small price to pay for a great meal.

Surely, Chelsea should be top-of-mind when you visit Serendra :)
