Revisiting Pino

Got to visit Pino again, after the resto moved to --- St. (forgot the name, but it's just perpendicular to Maginhawa near Bayantel). Pino seem to have managed to stay the same, but different at the same time. They still have the same interiors but changed the menu a bit.

They don't have my favorite Amaretto Sour on the menu, but you can still have the drink mixed :D Their Peach Flavored Beer is also a winner :D

Amaretto Sour, P120

Peach Flavored Beer, P75 (comes in other interesting flavors as well)

I orderd the Sisig Carbonara, which wasn't bad at all. Thick, creamy sauce with ham and sisig all over. The sisig taste was not too strong and didn't really overpower the cream, which was great. I was never a fan of soggy sisig (I like crunch) but with this dish, I didn't seem to mind.

Sisig Carbonara, P165

My friend ordered Bagnet with Kare-Kare sauce, which seemed yummy enough. I unfortunately didn't try the dish since I was not that fond of Bagnet. Oh well, next time :D

I'm sure I'll be back! :)

Bagnet, P225
