Finally! Kanin Club can be enjoyed in QC. Found at the center of the Ayala TechnoHub along Commonwealth Ave., Kanin Club brings the goodness of rice to the North folks.
We ordered the infamous Crispy Dinuguan, Chicken, Vegetable Curry, and Sinigang Rice :)
The Crispy Diniguan is definitely a must try, even for non-dinuguan eaters. If you want to try Dinuguan at least once, better have it at Kanin Club. ;-D
Now, Sinigang is one dish that is difficult not to eat rice with. Eating rice soaked in Sinigang broth was delicious :) It kinda reminds me of the Singapore's Hainanese Chicken Rice! Yum :)
The sumptuous description of their Fried Chicken enticed us to order the dish. However, we found it quite dry... something they can imrpove further.
To complete our meal, veggies were in order. We liked the Vegetable Curry.. actually, it seems like Pinakbet Curry, a new twist on a classic Pinoy dish.
We'll definitely be back at Kanin Club! Even if I'm doing a no-rice diet :)
And of course, dessert after was a must :) Starbucks cakes and coffee :)
Yema-ish Cheesecake
Chocolate Crepe Cake
