Pig Out! (for Free)

While visiting Nuvali, we were pleasantly surprised that a new restaurant named PIG OUT was in Training, and they were offering free grub :) PIG OUT is a sister company of Italianni's and Flapjacks, and offered American dishes, 40% of which are Pork-based.

True to Nuvali form, glass panels were used, with brightly lit wood interiors. Tables were also set up al fresco (December breeze is cold!).

We were offered a choice of Appetizer or dessert, Entree, and Drinks. We tried the Caesar Salad, Spicy Lamb Links, and the Babe's Favorite (a drink mix of apples, grapes, oranges, with apple juice and honey).

Aside from the fact that the food was free, we did enjoy the dishes they served. The Caesar Salad was similar to Italianni's. The Lamb Links was not dry, went well with their gravy, and had a superb mashed potato on the side (not too dry nor too creamy). We also loved Babe's favorite, a nice blend of fruity flavors in one gulp :)
