During my stay in Cebu for the PASI Conference, our Area Sales Manager brought us to PINO for dinner. Serving Filipino dishes, Pino was a towering restaurant, with very fancy interiors. Their "wine cellar" cum dining area was actually in Zebra print, while the main dining hall had a regal Spanish look. Vey impressive, and with Wi-Fi to boot.

I was surprised when I saw their menu, since it seemed somewhat inexpensive, at to-share viands for about P200. For such a place, I was expecting it was a bit pricey. The restuarant boasted of fine furniture and ambiance, surprisingly coupled with low prices; we thought we hit a gold mine. Sadly, we were mistaken. The food was not all that we hoped it would be. Abe is still on top of my list for fine Filipino dishes.
Still, I took pictures of what we ate.
