Longganisa Sorpresa

There's something new around the Kapitolyo corner :) Longganisa Sorpresa's 2nd branch replaced the old Slice n Dice just in front of Ace Water Spa. Interiors are pleasant and bright; servers are also helpful and attentive.
The restaurant concept is interesting -- different types of longganisa from all over the Philippines (Vigan, Tuguegarao, Batangas, etcetera). It's also a good thing that the servers can answer queries, as I am sure customers will probably inquire on the longganisa attributes, before they decide what to order.

And since it's dificult to eat longganisa without sawsawan, different kinds of vinegar or suka is also offered per table, to go with the different types of longganisa as well :)
Vinegar Options

Your choice of longganisa + garlic rice + egg + iced tea is just PhP 99, although the longganisa portion may be too small for some. A good price for lunch :)
Tuguegarao Longganisa

Vigan Longganisa

All in all, the Longganisa Sorpresa experience was good. Concept is good, food was affordable, service was quick. Some longganisa choices can be a bit more flavorful (but then again I didn't try the various vinegar options); but overall, longganisa is a staple Filipino dish that grows on you :)  Definitely worth a try!
