Tried out this small Resto at Pioneer Center named Match & Mix. The place can only accommodate about 18 to 20 people, and has very basic interiors. The idea is you are given a choice of viand and fried rice and all combos sell for a P100. Not bad for a regular lunch day :)
Dilis Rice gets two thumbs up. It would have been better if they had a sweet viand - salty rice mix or vice versa, so that you'll be able to distinctly distinguish the taste of viand from the rice. With the current combos, there are also times that the fried rice overpowers the taste of the viand.
But for P100, it's a nakakabusog meal. And the fact that you can choose your own combo makes the whole meal experience enticing enough to go back to.
I hope they come up with more options soon :)
