The white sand dunes was the farthest from town proper, but to and from the sand dunes, we also passed by the fairy stream (which was quite a disappointment), the yellow sand dunes, and the view deck for the fishing village.
The white sand dunes was beautiful :) We rode an ATV and Rob even rode an ostrich! It was quite an experience! Despite the long trip, the sand dunes was worth it :) [Note: The white sand dunes is actually more yellow and the yellow sand dunes are more reddish.]
I also loved Mui Ne town proper. It's almost like Boracay, with most of the resorts quite high-end. Although the beach itself is nothing like Boracay's, the area in itself is pretty, and I really want to try out the resorts. We had dinner at a large restaurant which served black beer (yeah!) and got a massage in one of the massage parlors.
We then waited for our 1am bus ride back to Saigon, via a Sleeping Bus. It was a full day's worth of adventure; we slept on the way back to Saigon, and finally got to town around 6am.

And finally, the White Sand Dunes. We were greeted by this amazing view when we got there:
The sand dunes was a wide expanse. I loved that there weren't too many people here and that you can operate your own ATV (with a fee of course).
And you can even ride an ostrich!
Fun! I wouldn't mind staying at Mui Ne for a day or two to enjoy the many resorts in town :)
