Breakfast for lunch or dinner? Chef Laudico's Bfast restaurant offers Filipino breakfast dishes for any time of the day. In addition to breakfast meals, there's this array of choice desserts that's a feast for the eyes :)
We ordered two different Pandeninis -- Fried Adobo Chicken and Chicken Tocino. The Pandeninis are P148 each, served with your choice filling on wheat bread, an egg and potato strings. Being the potato lover that I am, I found the potato strings hard to the bite, which was a disappointment. The Pandeninis were a bit dry, but I did like the Fried Chicken Adobo than the Tocino.
I ordered a Belgian Chocolate Ensaymada. At first I thought the ensaymada was a wrong choice, as the bread was kind of dry; but as soon as I got a chunk of the chocolate, I knew it was a great choice :) But I think I would've liked it better if the ensaymada was piping hot with melted chocolate inside. Yum :)
If ever, I'll probably be back at Bfast for the desserts :)
